Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! But, due to USPS restrictions, Brittany Finch Art is currently shipping to a limited number of International locations.

When will my order ship?

Usually within a couple of days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. Each print is hand cut, packaged, and sent out by me. I truly appreciate your patience during the process of getting you your art!

If there has been an unusually long delay since you placed your order, please contact me at brittany@brittanyfinch.com.

How will my items be shipped?

Small to medium format prints (5x10” up to 12x18") will come packaged in a PLA clear bag with 100% recycled cardboard backing. Prints are sealed and shipped in a rigid paperboard mailer. Larger format prints (18x24”+) come in clear plastic with a recycled cardboard backing.
Stickers are packaged in a protective glassine wax paper bag or PLA clear bag and shipped in a kraft paper envelope.
Journals are shipped in a 100% recycled poly mailer.
Greeting Cards are placed in a clear PLA bag for protection and then shipped in either a kraft paper envelope or a box dependent on order size.

Apparel is packaged in a 100% compostable zipper bag made from corn and then shipped in either a cardboard box or 100% recycled poly mailer.

Hats are shipped in a cardboard box to ensure the brim is not bent out of shape during shipping.

Mugs are shipped in a reinforced cardboard box with multiple layers of recycled paper to ensure the mugs protection during shipping.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please let me know.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Oh heckin’ yes!
Bellow is further information concerning what may show up on your doorstep depending on your order:

Clear Protective Bag - Made from polylactide (PLA)! PLA is a renewable thermoplastic and a polymer. It is 'processed' from the starch of plants such as corn, sugar cane and sugar beet, making it environmentally friendly and sustainable. Larger prints, 18”x24”, arrive in a plastic protective sheet because there are no available polylactide packaging materials available to me in this size. I have emailed and will continue to push the company to provide said packaging.

Ridged Mailers - 15x13 in. mailers are constructed from 100% recycled paperboard which is naturally biodegradable. For more on what the manufacture is doing for the environment, click here. All 27x20 in. mailers are also biodegradable.

Tube Mailers - Reusable! These are great quality and almost impossible to crush. Decorate with your kids, turn it into a bird feeder, a telescope for that pirate ship in the backyard, or create a game around it! Get your Pinterest search going and discover all sorts of inventive ways others have reused shipping tubes. With that said, I am continuously searching for a more sustainable shipping product for my larger prints while still being affordable. If you have any suggestions, please send them my way!

Poly Mailer - “The world's most sustainable poly mailer - made with 100% recycled content, 50% post-consumer content, with a reusable tear strip and recyclable in thin film bins!” ~EcoEnclose

Sealing Tape/Stickers - Printed on acid free paper with soy based inks. All stickers used for packaging are FSC or Forest Stewardship Council certified. Tape is reinforced Kraft paper and water activated. Click here for more about Noissue and to learn what compostable, recycled, and reusable actually means.

Shipping Label - 100% recycled and have Recycle Compatible Adhesive, making it easy for recyclers and paper pulpers to process packages with these labels on it. The Zero Waste Release Liner (the sticker backing that stays with me) is 100% recycled and curbside recyclable as well!

Business Card - Made from recycled T-shirt offcuts. 100% cotton.

If you receive any plastic or non-recyclable packaging (bubble wrap, plastic wrap, clear tape, etc.) it is packaging I received and is being reused by yours truly. I encourage you to do the same!

I live in town, can I pick up your art at any local businesses?

Yes! You can pick up my product across the state of Montana now. Wahoo!

If you’re in Big Sky, MT:

  • The Hungry Moose Market in Town Center.

If you’re in Bozeman, MT:

  • The Community Food Co-Op on W Main St or their downtown location.

  • If you’re driving up to Big Sky, stop at The Coffee Pot Bakery Café near Four Courners. They are a pottery house, bakery and café! Pick up a cinnamon roll, coffee, and a Brittany Finch Art greeting card on your morning commute to come ski or bike. (They also have some GF options!)

  • Need a coffee? Swing by Treeline Coffee Roasters on 136 W Main or their downtown location and grab a Brittany Finch sticker and greeting card while you’re at it!

  • You can find my originals at The Art Spirt Gallery in downtown Coeur d'Alene!

If you’re in Polson, MT:

  • Visit handMADE MONTANA on 212 Main Street down town Polson to find not only Brittany Finch Art goodies but heaps of hand made art from artists across Montana!

If you’re in Whitefish, MT:

  • Stop by MUM’s Flowers. Once you walk in, you’ll never want to leave this adorable little shop in downtown Whitefish.

  • Montana Coffee Trader’s is a great spot to grab a coffee while you shop for a gift!

I am in communication with other local businesses to make your accessibility to products more readily available and help avoid shipping cost. If you know of a storefront that would like to display any of my products, please reach out or send them to my wholesale page. I would love to chat.

Can I add something to my order?

Once your order has been placed, I cannot make any additional changes. You can request for your order to be canceled before it is shipped and then you can place it again, but I can not guarantee the original item(s) ordered will still be in stock. It is best to place a second order for the additional item. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns and Exchanges


My order is damaged, can you send me a new one?

Brittany Finch Art is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If the item was damaged during shipping, then I will gladly replace it for you. You will need to ship the damaged item back to me requiring you to pay for said shipping. Once the damaged item has arrived back to me, I can send you a new one!

I actually don’t want this item, can I return it?

I do not offer returns or refunds. Please double check your cart before submitting your order. If this does happen, I truly hope you will be able to gift it to a home that does want it. (:

I changed my mind, can I exchange my item(s)?

All sales are final unless the wrong item was shipped to you. In this case, please contact me and I will fix the problem. I am a one person team, thank you so much for your patience and understanding!

Products and Prints

When will *item* be back in stock?

You can join a waitlist for items that are currently sold out by clicking on the product and entering your email. Once restocked, you will receive a notification via email. Another way to track when I will be doing shop updates is to follow me on Instagram, @britt.finch.

What quality are your prints?

All large prints are done locally by a fellow artist. He uses technology that utilizes archival inks through a massive inkjet printer designed to create reproductions of both art and photos on high quality paper. This high tech process should ensure your print lasts through the ages.

Do prints come framed?

Nope! Unfortunately, I don’t have enough space to keep frames in-stock. If your looking for suggestions or places to find quality frames for your print feel free to reach out.

There are currently two sizes to chose from when ordering your print that are measured out to fit standard US frame sizes. More sizes coming! I would love to see your piece framed and hanging in your space! Please send me photos via my email or instagram messaging.
